Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving financial efficiency across the organization.

You will play a pivotal role in monitoring cash flow, managing working capital, and optimizing financial reporting systems to ensure the company’s liquidity and long-term financial stability. Staying informed about evolving financial regulations, industry best practices, and innovative financial technologies will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain liquidity and ensure efficient financial operations

• Oversee financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Prepare and manage accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and audit documentation

• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Analyze financial data and build advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve financial goals

• Continuously improve financial systems and workflows by integrating financial technology solutions

• Stay updated on industry trends, compliance standards, and new tools to enhance competitiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

• Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills with the ability to forecast and budget effectively

• Proficiency in financial tools such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise across departments and with leadership

• Proven experience in managing reconciliations, audits, and accurate financial statements

• A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying financial efficiencies and risks

• Residence Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Experience Level: Mid-Level (preferred but not mandatory)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
