We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of our client’s Facilities Management (FM) business, part of a larger real estate development group. The role demands strong commercial acumen, deep expertise in FM financial operations, and the ability to align FM performance with broader group objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategy for the FM business, aligned with group policies.

• Provide financial insights to drive growth, tenders, contract renewals, and margin improvement initiatives.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for FM operations.

• Implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.

• Collaborate with Group Finance to ensure compliance with IFRS, consolidated reporting, and internal policies.

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, VAT regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience.

• Proven experience in Facilities Management finance within the UAE, including VAT and regulatory compliance.

• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making in a complex, multi-level organization.
