Job Title: Finance & Compliance Support Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Compliance Support Executive to assist our finance and tax teams in tracking, updating, and coordinating various internal processes and client deliverables. This role is ideal for graduates who are organized, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced professional environment. Preference will be given to candidates on sponsored or student visas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly update various trackers, including:

  • Monthly/Quarterly Accounting and VAT Compliance Tracker

  • Corporate Tax (CT) Implementation Tracker

  • Annual Accounting Tracker

  • Audit, CT & Accounting Execution Tracker

  • MHQ-Rethink Upsell Tracker

  • Client CTR Upsell Tracker (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)

• Coordinate between finance and tax teams to assign clients across service lines

• Provide weekly status updates to finance team leads

• Monitor finance team email activity to support timely client follow-ups by Relationship Managers (RMs)

• Assist in updating financial models based on managerial feedback

• Liaise with the CRM team for proposals, engagement letters, and addendums

• Support the onboarding of clients after engagement letters are signed

• Retrieve and organize client documents from various platforms and maintain shared folders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)

• Excellent Excel and documentation skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

• Clear communication and coordination skills

• Familiarity with financial and CRM systems is a plus
