Job Title: Finance & Audit Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Audit Executive to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and preparing precise financial reports in line with industry standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company’s financial data through continuous monitoring, reporting, and audit facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze accounting system reports for accuracy and completeness

• Assist in preparing balance sheets, tax calculations, and financial statements

• Manage annual external audits, liaising with auditors to provide necessary documentation

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly and year-end closing reports

• Ensure timely financial disclosure following business protocols and reporting standards

• Adhere strictly to financial regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning

• Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and modern accounting tools

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for inter-department and partner coordination

• Experience in generating accurate financial reports within strict deadlines

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
