🔍 Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Finance and Insurance Officer with a strong background in risk management, trade finance, and general insurance to support our operations in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate insurance policies, facilitating trade finance activities, and maintaining effective relationships with banks and vendors.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all general insurance policies, including Property All Risk, Marine, and Motor Fleet.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers to ensure proper coverage and compliance.

• Oversee insurance renewals, negotiate competitive terms, and ensure timely updates.

• Handle insurance claims from initiation to settlement, coordinating with internal departments.

• Assess company risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance coverage for new activities.

• Coordinate with the Projects team for erection insurance and transition completed projects into general coverage.

• Manage import LCs, liaise with banks for documentation and ensure timely release for the Supply Chain team.

• Maintain banking relationships, including correspondence, documentation, and KYC updates.

• Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and support audit processes.

• Provide documentation to internal and external auditors for financial reporting and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; CA Inter or CMA Inter qualifications preferred.

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, trade insurance, and risk management in a large organization.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

• Proven experience handling banking and insurance vendor relationships.
