Finance and Administration – Associate

Key Responsibilities

Finance Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records (AP/AR/GL)

  • Verify and process invoices

  • Coordinate expense claim processing with London EPU

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Monitor budgets and expenditures

  • Support tax filings (VAT & Corporate Tax)

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle daily branch admin (expenses, bookings, visas, scheduling)

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance

  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies

  • Support HR tasks for new hires, transfers, and exits

  • Assist with DIFC visas, immigration, and benefit programs

  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior management (GM/JGM)


What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

  • Good understanding of the banking industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data presentation tools

  • Flexible, committed, and responsible
