Key Responsibilities
Finance Duties:

Maintain accurate financial records (AP/AR/GL)

Verify and process invoices
-
Coordinate expense claim processing with London EPU
-
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-
Monitor budgets and expenditures
-
Support tax filings (VAT & Corporate Tax)
Administrative Duties:
-
Handle daily branch admin (expenses, bookings, visas, scheduling)
-
Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance
-
Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies
-
Support HR tasks for new hires, transfers, and exits
-
Assist with DIFC visas, immigration, and benefit programs
-
Provide ad-hoc support to senior management (GM/JGM)
What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
Excellent organizational and time management skills
-
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
-
Team player with a proactive attitude

Good understanding of the banking industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data presentation tools
