ABB is hiring a Finance Analyst to join their ELSP/ELSB Marketing & Sales team in the UAE. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a global market leader by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic support. The role will be based onsite/hybrid in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance vs. budget/forecast and suggest improvement actions.

• Collaborate with other finance professionals to assess financial drivers and identify trends.

• Prepare financial models for different scenarios and evaluate their impact.

• Support financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports through reconciliation and review.

• Present financial findings, analysis, and improvement recommendations to management.

• Enhance productivity through process automation and data coordination.

• Implement internal control processes in compliance with policies and regulations.

• Maintain a clear audit trail and documentation for future audits and reviews.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance/accounting); additional qualifications are a plus.

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP (FICO, PS, SD modules).

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and financial modeling.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
