Job Title: Finance Analyst 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and strategic decision-making processes across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, financial expertise, and a proactive mindset to drive performance improvement and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Global Services team to execute accurate and timely month-end close activities

• Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to guide critical business decisions

• Perform in-depth performance analysis, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes

• Partner with commercial teams to consolidate forecasts and highlight key risks and opportunities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for finance operations and distributor-related queries across MEA

• Manage processing and verification of distributor credit and debit notes with accuracy and efficiency

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical & Functional Expertise:

• Solid background in commercial finance and business accounting

• Advanced financial analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative

• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience: 5–7 years

• Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
