Senior Financial Analyst – MEA Region

ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support business operations and financial performance across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This strategic role involves forecasting, performance analysis, reporting, and driving financial efficiency in collaboration with commercial and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close and reporting activities for the Global Services team.

• Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to guide strategic decision-making.

• Conduct performance reviews, sales trends, and profitability assessments.

• Work closely with commercial teams to update forecasts and identify risks and growth opportunities.

• Streamline financial processes and enhance team efficiency through process improvements.

• Serve as the key point of contact for finance operations and distributor communications in the MEA region.

• Process distributor credit/debit notes and resolve related financial queries.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.

• Strong understanding of sales, marketing finance, and commercial operations.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivots, models) and SAP ERP systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and judgment capabilities.
