IDP Education Ltd, a global leader in international education services, is hiring a Finance Admin (Temporary Role) for its Dubai office. The position involves supporting the finance team with VAT-related processes, data entry, and financial recordkeeping. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of finance admin experience and strong UAE VAT knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process VAT transactions and ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting data.

  • Perform regular data entry and manage financial databases efficiently.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Finance Admin or similar role, especially in VAT processing.

  • Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and reconciliation practices.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and ensure accurate financial reporting.
