Role Overview:
5FilmsMedia is hiring a Filipino Interpreter for a short-term part-time contract to assist the video production team during recorded interviews. The interpreter will ensure smooth and accurate communication between English and Filipino speakers throughout the filming process.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced interpreters to work in a creative media environment, with potential for future collaboration on similar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide live, accurate interpretation between English and Filipino during recorded interviews.

• Ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy in all translations.

• Support interviewers and participants in maintaining clear communication during filming.

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability throughout production sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Native or near-native fluency in Filipino and English.

• Proven experience as an interpreter (media, corporate, or medical experience preferred).

• Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills.

• Confidence in handling live, on-camera interpretation.

• Must be based in Dubai or able to commute to the production location.
