We are seeking a Detail-Oriented Document Filing Coordinator to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing physical and electronic records, ensuring efficient document retrieval, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.

  • Accurately handle data entry and document processing.

  • Coordinate with different departments to retrieve and manage essential paperwork.

  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate of Filipino nationality preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in office management are a plus).

  • Prior experience in document management, filing, or administrative support is an advantage.
