About the Role:
Al Salehi Machinery & Equipment Repairing is seeking a skilled and hands-on Field Services Manager to lead and support engine and fuel system service operations at customer locations. This role involves overseeing on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of diesel engines and fuel systems, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel engines and fuel systems at client sites.

• Support installation and commissioning of engines and fuel system components.

• Assist senior technicians with advanced service tasks and diagnostics.

• Document service activities through accurate work orders and service reports.

• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and manufacturer guidelines.

• Use diagnostic tools to identify performance issues in coordination with the technical team.

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service findings and proposed solutions.

• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

• Carry out equipment checks to confirm tools are operational and calibrated.

• Work overtime as required and perform additional tasks as directed by the Field Service Team Lead or Workshop Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent technical experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years working with diesel engines, heavy machinery, or fuel systems.

• License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Solid understanding of engine diagnostics, repairs, and modern diesel technologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a field-based technical team.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
