Job Summary:
Al Salehi Machinery & Equipment Repairing is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Supervisor to support our clients with onsite maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of diesel engines and fuel injection systems. This role involves direct interaction with customers and collaboration with senior technicians to ensure service excellence and compliance with safety and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite maintenance, inspection, and repair of diesel engines and fuel systems.

• Support in diagnosing and troubleshooting engine and fuel-related mechanical and electrical issues.

• Install fuel system components and engines at customer sites.

• Assist senior technicians in technical and service-related tasks.

• Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation, including work orders and reports.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly to customers.

• Maintain service tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, operable condition.

• Operate diagnostic tools to assess engine performance under guidance from senior technicians.

• Perform overtime duties as required.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Field Service Team Lead or Workshop Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with diesel engines and heavy machinery.
