Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, a global leader in energy technology, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their Dubai operations. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems for substations, supporting clients both remotely and on-site. As part of the company’s mission to support the energy transition, you’ll work on advanced transformer monitoring and control systems that shape the future of energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of automation products in substations.

Install and commission systems for transformer monitoring and control.
-
Provide technical support via phone, online platforms, and on-site visits.
-
Diagnose faults and collaborate with internal teams for root cause analysis.
-
Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage.
-
Integrate systems into SCADA platforms and manage Modbus sensor integration.
-
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate customer documentation.
-
Collect client feedback and relay information to HQ to enhance service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification (Electrician, Mechatronics, Electromechanics).

Hands-on experience with digital solutions in industrial environments—preferably in substations and power transformers.

Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in electrical systems.

Experience with SCADA systems and commissioning complex systems is an advantage.

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

High willingness to travel (50–60% travel, both locally and internationally).

Independent, detail-oriented, and customer-focused work ethic.
