Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Engineer I (UAE Nationals only) in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves providing expert technical support for Honeywell and third-party systems, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, service, and customer satisfaction in line with Honeywell’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Honeywell’s industrial automation systems, including diagnostics, repairs, installation, programming, and start-up services.

Support customers remotely and onsite, ensuring equipment functionality and prompt issue resolution.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, site inspections, and risk assessments.

Install, program, and commission Honeywell EBI systems; supervise cabling and field installation works.

Prepare technical documentation, quality assurance reports, and site-specific manuals.

Identify and support service business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for customer development.

Promote safety, sustainability, and high service standards across all tasks.

Actively participate in team activities, internal process adherence, and financial controls (billing, invoicing, payment collections).
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Communication, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant diploma with strong field experience).

UAE National (mandatory).

Fresh graduates welcome; understanding of HVAC, Fire, Security, Access Control, and Alarm Systems is preferred.

Knowledge of PLC, DCS, and Honeywell-specific programming.

Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Valid UAE driver’s license.

Strong communication skills in English; ability to build good customer relationships.

Commitment to working safely and occasionally outside regular hours if needed.
