Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Engineer I (UAE Nationals only) in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves providing expert technical support for Honeywell and third-party systems, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, service, and customer satisfaction in line with Honeywell’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Honeywell’s industrial automation systems, including diagnostics, repairs, installation, programming, and start-up services.

• Support customers remotely and onsite, ensuring equipment functionality and prompt issue resolution.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, site inspections, and risk assessments.

• Install, program, and commission Honeywell EBI systems; supervise cabling and field installation works.

• Prepare technical documentation, quality assurance reports, and site-specific manuals.

• Identify and support service business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for customer development.

• Promote safety, sustainability, and high service standards across all tasks.

• Actively participate in team activities, internal process adherence, and financial controls (billing, invoicing, payment collections).

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Communication, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant diploma with strong field experience).

• UAE National (mandatory).

• Fresh graduates welcome; understanding of HVAC, Fire, Security, Access Control, and Alarm Systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of PLC, DCS, and Honeywell-specific programming.

• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

• Valid UAE driver’s license.

• Strong communication skills in English; ability to build good customer relationships.

• Commitment to working safely and occasionally outside regular hours if needed.
