Siemens Energy is hiring a Field Service Commercial professional to manage all commercial and financial activities related to Field Service operations. This full-time remote role requires a detail-oriented candidate who can lead delegation business execution, handle cost center management, and support financial reporting in accordance with Siemens Energy’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee compliance and delegation processes for Temporary Hiring Out personnel, including SLA and offer creation

Manage cost centers, perform FS rate calculations, and maintain records in SAP/KSP and MYSPGI
-
Ensure accurate time sheet tracking, cost reconciliation, and invoicing for Field Service
-
Support budgeting and forecasting, billing plan development, and variance analysis

Lead procurement and financial processes, including vendor invoice reconciliation and adherence to audit guidelines
Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA or certification preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multicultural teams
