Join griddable.io as a Field Service Cloud Account Executive focused on the Saudi Arabia market, working with Salesforce’s Service Cloud solutions. This role requires a dynamic and driven sales professional passionate about helping companies leverage Salesforce’s customer service platform to transform their business operations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging existing customers and developing new business opportunities in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Salesforce Service Cloud, including Service & Support, Call Center Applications, and Field Service Management solutions.

  • Engage deeply with current and prospective customers to understand their unique business challenges and goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to evangelize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Collaborate closely with the Core Account Executive and the broader sales team to drive revenue growth.

  • Maintain high productivity levels while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in solution sales within the software industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity to succeed in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team-oriented culture.

  • Experience in sales teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
