We’re on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to support our market expansion efforts across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, enjoys meeting new clients, and is passionate about building long-lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and engage in cold calling to acquire new merchant partners in Dubai and nearby regions.

Implement sales strategies, including effective merchandising, in-store promotional setups, and product display enhancements.

Gather and report competitor insights and market trends to improve our commercial approach.

Present customized collaboration proposals to clients and handle merchant concerns by coordinating with internal departments.

Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to boost loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related disciplines.

Minimum 1 year of proven field sales experience in Dubai—experience in FMCG, electronics, or B2B sectors is preferred.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a knack for closing deals and independently handling client concerns.

Resilient and proactive; thrives in fast-paced outdoor sales environments within the Middle East.

Familiar with CRM systems and office software; able to perform basic data analysis.

Knowledge of Dubai’s business hubs like free zones and wholesale markets is a plus.

UAE driving license is highly preferred.
