NielsenIQ, a global leader in data analytics and consumer insights, is seeking UAE Nationals for the role of Field Operations Coordinator. This on-site, full-time role involves conducting professional respondent interviews, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting project management in Sharjah and Dubai. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and possesses strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face or telephone interviews following Nielsen standards and project requirements.

• Record respondent information and responses accurately.

• Understand project questionnaires, survey methods, and support forms.

• Ensure adherence to project quotas, timelines, and confidentiality standards.

• Maintain professionalism during all respondent interactions.

• Report issues, training concerns, and incidents promptly to Field Supervisors.

• Manage CAPI/CATI devices properly for computer-assisted interviews.

• Accurately estimate time, expenses, and mileage related to fieldwork.

• Return all survey materials to the Field Supervisor after project completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of field interview processes; previous interviewing experience is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills with a pleasant manner and good “people skills.”

• Organized, reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.

• Knowledge of Nielsen SOPs and fieldwork standards.

• Proficient in Arabic; English (verbal & written) is an advantage.

• Clean, professional appearance and clear speaking voice.

• Computer literacy and keyboard skills for CAPI/CATI interviews.
