Weatherford is looking for a Field Engineer III – Liner Hangers to apply standard techniques and procedures in performing tasks related to liner hangers. This role involves managing field operations, ensuring superior service quality, and providing technical expertise to clients. The engineer will participate in job planning, execution, and analysis, while maintaining equipment and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Run liner hanger and cementing jobs

Participate in safety meetings, job hazard analysis, and report issues promptly

Maintain safe and presentable equipment, facilities, and work areas
-
Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions
-
Perform job planning, preparation, mobilization, and execution
-
Respond to client needs on a 24-hour call basis
-
Test, operate, and maintain tools and equipment
-
Build and maintain positive client relationships for repeat business
-
Manage inventory and supplies at the well site
-
Lead and mentor Field Operation crew members
-
Conduct engineering checks and interpret data for client optimization
-
Oversee installation of complex equipment and services
-
Contribute to equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis reports
Skills Required:

Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics

Basic Physics and Chemistry knowledge

Critical thinking, active learning, and complex problem-solving

Strong judgment, decision-making, and time management skills

Quality control analysis and service orientation

Ability to react effectively in operating tools and machinery

Ability to visualize assembly and repair processes

Qualifications:

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the Oil & Gas industry

4 – 10 years of experience in Liner Hanger jobs
