Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Clinical Liaison to join our team in the UAE. This hybrid role is ideal for a dental professional who thrives on educating, influencing, and empowering orthodontists and general dentists to adopt Align’s digital treatment solutions. You will play a critical role in clinical support, case troubleshooting, and driving product growth through education and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and case support for Invisalign providers across the UAE

• Evaluate and troubleshoot ClinCheck cases and assist with treatment planning

• Build peer-to-peer relationships with dental professionals to support digital workflow adoption

• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and roundtable discussions to facilitate clinical knowledge-sharing

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to deliver aligned educational initiatives

• Plan and independently manage in-practice visits and training programs

• Manage and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and event speakers

• Document customer interactions and clinical feedback in the CRM system

• Travel throughout the region up to 70% to provide hands-on education and clinical support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry is required; Master’s in Orthodontics is highly preferred

• 3–5 years of clinical or customer-facing experience in the dental or medical field

• Strong public speaking, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools

• Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills

• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region
