Job Title: Bilingual Female Telesales Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Female Telesales Executive to join our Dubai-based sales team. If you are fluent in both Arabic and English, have a flair for client engagement, and are passionate about sales, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

This role requires a motivated communicator who can confidently connect with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and drive conversions. You’ll also need to maintain a professional image and be open to occasional travel outside Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

• Present products/services clearly and effectively to generate interest and leads.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female

• Age: 20–30 years

• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English

• Appearance: Well-groomed with a professional demeanor

• Travel: Willing to travel occasionally outside Dubai

• Experience: Prior telesales experience is preferred

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
