Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hospitality destination, is seeking a Female Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property. Role Description:
As a Female Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring hotel premises, responding to emergencies, conducting security inspections, and assisting guests and staff with safety concerns. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and overall positive experience for all hotel visitors and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol guest floors, public areas, back-of-house areas, and hotel perimeter.

• Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.

• Conduct regular security inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees at all times.

• Investigate incidents and accidents; prepare detailed reports.

• Control access to hotel premises, keys, access cards, and security equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing security inquiries and guest requests.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Maintain accurate records and logs of all security activities and incidents.

• Participate in training programs and assist in training new security staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training/certifications preferred.

• Previous experience in security is an advantage.

• Vigilant, professional, and customer-focused.

• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and maintain calm under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
