Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hospitality destination, is seeking a Female Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property. Role Description:
As a Female Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring hotel premises, responding to emergencies, conducting security inspections, and assisting guests and staff with safety concerns. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and overall positive experience for all hotel visitors and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:

Patrol guest floors, public areas, back-of-house areas, and hotel perimeter.

Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.

Conduct regular security inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees at all times.

Investigate incidents and accidents; prepare detailed reports.

Control access to hotel premises, keys, access cards, and security equipment.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing security inquiries and guest requests.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.

Maintain accurate records and logs of all security activities and incidents.

Participate in training programs and assist in training new security staff.
Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training/certifications preferred.

Previous experience in security is an advantage.
