Job Title: Female Retail Sales & Cashier Assistant 

Job Description:

We are hiring a Female Retail Sales & Cashier Assistant to join our team in Dubai, offering a monthly salary of AED 2,500–3,000. If you are a motivated, customer-friendly, and detail-oriented Filipina candidate with strong communication skills and retail experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets

• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and positively

🔹 Cash Handling & Checkout Operations:

• Accurately process cash and card transactions

• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of shifts, handle refunds and exchanges

• Maintain a tidy, well-organized checkout counter

🔹 Store Operations & Merchandising:

• Restock shelves and manage inventory efficiently

• Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards

• Help maintain store cleanliness and a visually appealing shopping environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential for customer service

• Excellent interpersonal skills – friendly, patient, and respectful with customers

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

• 1–5 years of retail or cashiering experience preferred

• Must be female, aged 24–32, with Filipino nationality

• High school diploma or equivalent
