Job Title: Female Office Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Female Office Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, specifically in the Abu Shaghara / Al Wahda area. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily office operations, handling client communications, and supporting internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
This position is best suited for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls.

Register and log job orders with a high level of accuracy.

Coordinate and follow up with clients and internal teams to track progress.

Draft, prepare, and send quotations in response to client inquiries.

Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain well-organized records and documentation related to operations.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Must reside near the Abu Shaghara / Al Wahda area in Sharjah.
