Job Title: Female Office Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Female Office Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, specifically in the Abu Shaghara / Al Wahda area. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily office operations, handling client communications, and supporting internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

This position is best suited for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls.

  • Register and log job orders with a high level of accuracy.

  • Coordinate and follow up with clients and internal teams to track progress.

  • Draft, prepare, and send quotations in response to client inquiries.

  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain well-organized records and documentation related to operations.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Must reside near the Abu Shaghara / Al Wahda area in Sharjah.
