Female Office Administrator – Holiday Homes & Real Estate

WE KB HOMES is a growing real estate brokerage and holiday homes company in Dubai, providing high-quality experiences for both residents and guests. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Office Administrator with experience in Holiday Homes and Real Estate Administration to support our dynamic operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-in/check-out operations

  • Coordinate property cleaning and maintenance schedules

  • Handle booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and update availability calendars

  • Maintain property readiness and inventory

  • Communicate professionally with guests in English (French/Arabic is a plus)

  • Handle backend listing tasks on platforms like Dubizzle and Bayut

  • Support with real estate brokerage administration and basic reporting

  • Manage daily office administration and multitask efficiently


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Holiday Homes administration in Dubai

  • Real estate admin experience is a strong advantage

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Arabic is preferred

  • Familiarity with short-term rental and listing platforms

  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and extend work hours when required

  • Female candidates only (as per role-specific requirement)
