WE KB HOMES is a growing real estate brokerage and holiday homes company in Dubai, providing high-quality experiences for both residents and guests. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Office Administrator with experience in Holiday Homes and Real Estate Administration to support our dynamic operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest check-in/check-out operations

Coordinate property cleaning and maintenance schedules

Handle booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and update availability calendars

Maintain property readiness and inventory
-
Communicate professionally with guests in English (French/Arabic is a plus)

Handle backend listing tasks on platforms like Dubizzle and Bayut
-
Support with real estate brokerage administration and basic reporting
-
Manage daily office administration and multitask efficiently
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Holiday Homes administration in Dubai

Real estate admin experience is a strong advantage

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Arabic is preferred

Familiarity with short-term rental and listing platforms

Excellent organizational and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and extend work hours when required
