Job Title: Female Nurses & Midwives 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and caring female Nurses or Midwives with a passion for pediatric and newborn care to join our professional team in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide gentle and professional care for pregnant women and newborn babies

• Support mothers through labor, delivery, and postnatal recovery

• Deliver safe and attentive care to newborns, ensuring proper feeding, hygiene, and comfort

• Monitor health conditions, respond to concerns, and recognize early signs of illness or discomfort

• Work closely with pediatric specialists to ensure the best outcomes for infants

• Assist in educating families on infant care, hygiene, and developmental needs

Requirements:

• Female applicants only

• Preferably from the Philippines

• 1–2 years of experience in pediatric, neonatal, or maternal care

• Open to both DHA licensed and non-DHA licensed professionals

• Compassionate, patient, and skilled in newborn handling and postnatal support

Essential Skills:

• Safe handling and support of newborns (e.g., head and neck stability)

• Understanding of newborn sleep cycles, feeding needs (bottle/breast), and hygiene practices

• Diapering, bathing, and monitoring for signs of illness or discomfort

• Excellent communication and caregiving skills
