Role Overview
As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Director and team in campaign coordination, event planning, reporting, and administrative support. You will help ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies and contribute to the brand’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Maintain marketing schedules, calendars, and documentation.

Coordinate internal meetings, presentations, and event logistics.

Manage correspondence, documentation, and communications with vendors and clients.

Prepare promotional content, presentations, and reports.

Monitor campaign success and sales impact.
Budget and Resource Management

Track marketing budgets and expenses.

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and marketing inventory.
Campaign Coordination

Assist in executing and monitoring campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer behavior.

Generate reports using tools like CRM, Zenoti, SAP, and Phorest.
Content and Asset Management

Manage distribution of marketing materials.

Update website content, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Event Coordination

Organize trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

Manage registrations, venue bookings, and follow-up tasks.
Communication and Liaison

Serve as a bridge between the marketing team, other departments, and external vendors.

Manage relationships with advertising, digital, and print service providers.
Compliance and Documentation

Ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR and copyright standards.

Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.
Team Support

Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and provide backup support for team members.
Qualifications

High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s preferred)

3–4 years of administrative/marketing experience

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, Zenoti, Phorest, and social/email platforms
-
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
