Omorfia Group is a leading provider of wellness and spa services. We are committed to offering high-quality services and products to our customers, and as part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Inventory Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah.
Job Summary:
The Female Inventory Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and overseeing various aspects of inventory management. The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and can efficiently handle stock management tasks to minimize discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate inventory of stock through effective stock control measures to minimize discrepancies.

Place weekly Request for Transfer of Goods (RTG), receive stock, review documentation, and monitor product codes for discrepancies.

Conduct daily checks on expired products, report to the Warehouse for further action.

Ensure stock levels are regulated per inventory parameters and notify the manager of new received or launched items.

Inspect guest areas (e.g., front desk, treatment areas) to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Perform equipment checks and notify the maintenance team of any issues.

Supervise and report incidents that violate SOPs, ethics, or quality standards.

Generate concise management reports and perform routine clerical duties, including data entry.

Ensure the use of FIFO/LIFO methods for managing aging products and track product movement within departments.

Coordinate with the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.

Manage the placing of orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Supervise stock unpacking, stocking of shelves, and merchandising to ensure appropriate presentation and undamaged stock.

Replenish and order stock as approved by the Spa Manager.

Handle returns, transfers, and receivables processes, and manage temporary holding areas for returns and transfers.

Coordinate and participate in regular and annual inventory audits.

Maintain a clean and organized stock room and foster a positive working relationship with co-workers and the Spa Manager.

Comply with SOPs and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related subject.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inventory and operational role within a relevant industry.

Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dolphin, MMS, ERP, or similar IT software.

Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
