Marriott International is hiring a F&B Service Expert to join the team at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel in Dubai. This on-site, full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of one of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests while creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service in accordance with brand standards.

• Assist guests with menu selection and offer recommendations based on preferences.

• Ensure timely service and monitor guest satisfaction during meals.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of assigned service areas.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Handle guest concerns or feedback professionally and promptly.

• Uphold Marriott’s service philosophy and hospitality values at all times.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Prior experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
