The F&B Server will provide exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience at Sirocco restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Service Excellence: Deliver high-standard F&B service according to hotel procedures.
✅ Guest Engagement: Greet guests, take orders, explain daily specials, and upsell items.
✅ Preparation & Setup: Ensure the dining area, tables, and service stations are clean and ready.
✅ Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while adhering to responsible service guidelines.
✅ Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.
✅ Hygiene & Organization: Maintain cleanliness in both front and back of house operations.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
🔹 Communication: Strong English-speaking skills, additional languages are a plus.
🔹 Personality: Friendly, warm, and inviting attitude.
🔹 Adaptability: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
🔹 Pressure Handling: Stay calm and efficient during busy service hours.
🔹 Experience: Prior F&B experience is preferred but not mandatory.
