Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic F&B Server for our Poolbar team who can deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences in a vibrant poolside environment.

A Day in Your Life:

• Deliver high-quality service aligned with brand standards

• Set up and clear tables efficiently

• Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond promptly

• Handle guest complaints gracefully and report them appropriately

• Assist with maintaining service equipment

• Keep the outlet and workstations clean and organized

• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met

• Support other team members when needed
