Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service following brand and operational standards

• Clear and set tables efficiently to maintain seamless service flow

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide thoughtful assistance

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints during the shift, ensuring proper follow-up

• Execute cash handling and maintain secure financial procedures

• Support daily operations, including equipment care and inventory control

• Monitor and uphold the standards of guest facilities, services, and cleanliness
