IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for an energetic and guest-oriented F&B Server to join their team at Holiday Inn & Suites® Dubai Festival City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a vital part in enhancing guest experiences through prompt service, product knowledge, and a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch food and beverage service in line with hotel standards.

• Welcome and seat guests, take accurate orders, and upsell daily specials.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet and service areas.

• Prepare waiter stations, polish glassware and flatware, and ensure tables are set.

• Upsell and serve beverages, including wine and cocktails, with product knowledge.

• Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Support the outlet in daily setup and closing duties.

• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and special events.

• Assist with stock storage and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
