Raffles Dubai, a 5-star luxury hotel known for its iconic Egyptian-inspired architecture and sophisticated Asian style, is hiring a Food & Beverage Server. Located in the heart of Dubai near Wafi Mall, Raffles offers a premier hospitality experience with personalized service and world-class dining. The F&B Server will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences in the hotel’s dining outlets through exceptional service, attention to detail, and upholding Raffles’ renowned service culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to grooming, punctuality, and discipline standards as per outlet guidelines.

Uphold service excellence by complying with LQA and outlet-specific standards at all times.
-
Demonstrate deep knowledge of food, beverage, allergens, and dietary requirements.
-
Support daily bar operations including preparation of coffee, teas, and cocktails to a high standard.
-
Address guests by name and personalize service in alignment with Raffles’ luxury service culture.
-
Recognize regular and VIP guests and note their preferences for personalized experiences.
-
Assist with service in other areas of the outlet as required (bar, sections, back areas).
-
Execute opening, closing, and side duties efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Proactively upsell menu items and contribute to achieving outlet revenue targets.
-
Conduct quality checks and address feedback or escalate issues to outlet leadership as needed.
-
Participate in monthly inventory checks and ensure proper stock management and equipment maintenance.
-
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Stewarding to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards.
-
Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, menus, and promotions to assist guests accurately.

Attend and actively engage in scheduled training sessions and team communication channels.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
-
Hospitality education is preferred.
-
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking); a second language is a plus.

Well-presented with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Must be a team player with a motivated and guest-centric attitude.

Capable of handling cash and maintaining proper accounting procedures.
