Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional service at all times.

Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.

Assist with setting up for events and banquets.

Process payments and handle cash using POS systems.

Support inventory management and restocking supplies.

Recommend and upsell menu items and promotions.
-
Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously.

Participate in staff briefings and training sessions.

Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus.
