Marriott International is looking for a dedicated and professional F&B Administrator (UAE National) to join the team at Aloft Abu Dhabi. As an F&B Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage department, assisting with guest services, managing supplies, and interacting with both guests and staff. This is a full-time on-site position, ideal for those who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain tables for guests in the F&B areas.

• Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

• Interact with guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and meets hotel standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.

• Perform physical tasks such as moving objects, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds (with assistance) as needed.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards.

• Uphold quality service standards, ensuring guests receive top-notch service from arrival to departure.

Skills Required:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.

• Less than 1 year of related work experience.

• No supervisory experience required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move objects up to 50 pounds with assistance.

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
