Job Title: Fashion Sales Assistant – Women’s Boutique

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to represent our women’s fashion boutique in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion retail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage with customers both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

👗 Sales & Customer Service

• Provide a luxury shopping experience by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing fashion items.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to offer styling advice and personalized recommendations.

• Handle cash register transactions and ensure accurate billing.

📦 Inventory & Store Management

• Manage stock using the MoySklad inventory system (experience preferred).

• Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics.

• Monitor and report stock levels to maintain product availability.

📲 Social Media Engagement

• Utilize Instagram to promote products, interact with customers, and enhance brand presence.

• Support online sales by responding to inquiries and sharing outfit inspirations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Fluency in Russian and English (spoken & written).
✔ Previous retail sales experience (fashion industry preferred).
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
✔ Experience with MoySklad inventory system is a plus.
✔ Female candidates preferred due to brand representation.
