Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and visually compelling sketches for new fashion products in collaboration with the in-house design team.

• Drive new concept development to accelerate product innovation and market relevance.

• Collaborate on material selection, trims, and design aesthetics during apparel development.

• Build strong working relationships with vendors, material suppliers, and models.

• Apply cutting-edge fashion techniques and industry trends to enhance product appeal and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing a variety of fashion products including garments, footwear, sportswear, luggage, and watches.

• Strong ability to produce creative hand-drawn sketches and develop concepts using available in-house materials.

• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools for fashion product development.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A keen eye for style, detail, and innovation in fashion design.
