Your Role: Fashion Consultant

As a Fashion Consultant at Weekend Max Mara – Dubai Mall, you will drive exceptional client experiences and contribute to store performance through your style expertise, CRM activation, and commitment to customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences within an omnichannel framework

• Capture and analyze customer data to inform business strategies

• Support product feedback, merchandising, and pre-buying insights

• Champion the MUSE Loyalty Program and assist customers with app functionality

• Ensure store compliance with Visual Merchandising (VM) and operational standards

• Collaborate on in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns

• Execute timely Click & Collect processes as per SLAs

• Promote customer relationship management and retention initiatives

• Maintain awareness of brand-related social media and digital activity

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for fashion and luxury retail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong clienteling ability with a customer-first mindset

• Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented

• Previous retail or fashion experience is preferred

• Familiarity with CRM tools and loyalty platforms is a plus
