• Provide world-class client experiences through expert styling, storytelling, and relationship-building.

• Achieve individual and collective sales goals through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.

• Ensure alignment with VM and brand standards in-store at all times.

• Proactively contribute client insights, bestsellers, and slow movers for merchandising and buying feedback.

• Promote and enroll customers in the MUSE loyalty program while ensuring seamless click & collect experiences.

• Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM to fuel personalized outreach and marketing efforts.

• Actively support store events, brand campaigns, and in-store activations.

• Participate in internal culture and employee engagement initiatives to drive eNPS.
