This role is perfect for individuals passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience while contributing to in-store marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Customer Engagement & Sales

• Achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive client relationships.

• Promote loyalty programs (MUSE) and ensure customer data is accurately captured.

📌 Retail Operations & Merchandising

• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and SOPs.

• Support in-store marketing events and activations.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences, top sellers, and slow movers.

📌 Innovation & Team Collaboration

• Stay updated on brand social media activities and campaigns.

• Support customer experience (CX) initiatives and omnichannel strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of Click & Collect orders within service level agreements (SLAs).
