About the Role:
Chalhoub Group is looking for a passionate and customer-centric Fashion Consultant to join the Swarovski team at Mall of the Emirates. In this role, you will drive sales by delivering exceptional luxury experiences, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to CRM, CX, and marketing initiatives in-store. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strengthen client relationships through an omni-channel approach.

• Capture and analyze customer behavior, product performance, and provide insights for business improvement.

• Support loyalty initiatives by promoting the MUSE loyalty program and ensuring accurate customer data capture.

• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and operations comply with brand guidelines and SOPs.

• Actively participate in marketing events, product launches, and brand campaigns.

• Stay informed about brand activities on social media and promote relevant offers to customers.

• Collaborate on enhancing customer experiences and provide feedback to improve store performance.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.

• Open exclusively to UAE Nationals (Emiratisation opportunity).

• Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and client engagement.
