Job Summary:
As a Fashion Consultant at Lacoste – The Beach JBR, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving individual and team sales performance. You’ll also support customer experience (CX), customer relationship management (CRM), and store initiatives that contribute to long-term client loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and collective sales targets.

• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience across all touchpoints.

• Support CRM initiatives and loyalty programs such as MUSE.

• Maintain proper in-store visual merchandising according to VM guidelines.

• Collect and provide feedback on customer behavior, product performance, and store operations.

• Ensure SLA adherence for click-and-collect and customer services.

• Support and participate in in-store marketing events and brand activations.

• Promote and encourage digital engagement with the Lacoste app and social media campaigns.

• Ensure accurate customer data capture aligned with marketing guidelines.

• Contribute to a positive team environment and high employee engagement (eNPS).

Required Qualifications:

• Previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred.

• Strong command of English and Arabic (verbal and written).

• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy and familiar with loyalty programs and CRM systems.

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

• Knowledge of Lacoste or premium fashion brands is an added advantage.
