In this customer-facing role, you’ll help deliver an exceptional guest experience, meet sales targets, and support in-store activations and client relationships in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and team sales targets

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience (CX)

• Support CRM efforts and ensure customer data capture

• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and app

• Provide insights on top sellers and slow movers

• Execute visual merchandising (VM) and SOPs

• Assist with in-store marketing and digital initiatives

• Capture customer behavior and provide pre-buying feedback

• Support e-commerce via click & collect within SLA

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English

• Arabic language skills are a plus

• Energetic, customer-focused, and fashion-savvy
