About the Role:
Join the iconic Karl Lagerfeld brand as a Fashion Consultant and deliver unforgettable luxury retail experiences at Chalhoub Group. As part of our customer-first, innovation-driven team, you’ll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, elevating client experiences, and playing a key role in fashion consulting, CRM, and omnichannel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and team sales goals

• Build lasting customer relationships and drive loyalty through the MUSE program

• Collect and analyze customer behavior insights and provide pre-buying product feedback

• Ensure adherence to VM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines and SOPs

• Participate in in-store marketing activations and assist with eCommerce services (e.g., Click & Collect)

• Support CRM and in-store CX initiatives

• Keep up with brand campaigns, social media, and digital touchpoints

• Provide feedback on store operations and help implement continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in English is essential

• Russian language skills are a strong advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service

• Experience in luxury retail or fashion consultancy is preferred
