Job Overview

As a Fashion Consultant at GUESS, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance. You will be responsible for building client relationships, staying updated on fashion trends, and ensuring seamless in-store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining brand excellence.

• Build long-term client relationships through an omnichannel approach.

• Provide insights on customer preferences, top-selling products, and trends.

• Ensure seamless adherence to visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Support promotional events, marketing activations, and in-store experiences.

• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and enhance customer engagement.

• Stay updated on the latest brand campaigns and social media activities.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).

• Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury sales preferred.

• Passion for fashion, customer service, and delivering premium experiences.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
