Your Role as a Fashion Consultant

As a Fashion Consultant for Guess, you will be the face of the brand in-store, delivering outstanding customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets. You will contribute to the store’s success by:

• Building and nurturing client relationships with a seamless omni-channel approach.

• Gathering and analyzing customer insights, product trends, and sales data to support business reviews.

• Providing feedback on product performance and pre-buying recommendations.

• Driving customer loyalty programs like MUSE and ensuring excellent customer data capture.

• Supporting in-store marketing events, activations, and customer experience initiatives.

• Ensuring visual merchandising guidelines and store SOPs are maintained.

• Managing “click and collect” operations within service-level agreements.

• Keeping up to date with brand campaigns and social media activities.

• Promoting a positive work culture and contributing to people engagement (eNPS).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Passion for luxury fashion and excellent customer service.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Attention to detail and proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals.
