Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a dynamic luxury fashion environment. Your contribution will shape the in-store experience while supporting broader CRM and customer engagement strategies.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Drive customer engagement through CRM initiatives and loyalty program (MUSE) promotion.

• Provide real-time feedback on product performance, including top sellers and slow movers.

• Ensure proper execution of visual merchandising and store operations per SOP and brand guidelines.

• Support in-store marketing events, product activations, and social media awareness.

• Participate in omnichannel efforts such as Click & Collect, meeting service-level agreements.

• Accurately capture customer data in line with marketing team standards.

• Stay updated with GUESS brand campaigns, new arrivals, and digital experiences.

• Offer suggestions for enhancing store performance and customer service excellence.

🔸 Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.

• Prior retail experience in a luxury or premium environment is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and retail KPIs is preferred.
